1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
4 cups flour plus 4 heaping tablespoons
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. cream of tartar
Cream together until light and fluffy the sugars, margarine and oil. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375o for 10 minutes. Dough will be sticky. If you cannot handle it you may want to cover it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour to make it easier to handle.
