Ice Cream Penguins

1. Stack 1 scooped ball of vanilla ice cream on top of one slightly larger ball of ice cream, to make the body and the head.

2. Place 1 orange coated chocolate candy piece in the head to make the beak.

   (I used Reese's Pieces)

3. Make eyes with mini chocolate chips.

4. Cut a chocolate cookie in 1/2 for the wings and place on each side of the body. (I used Thin Mints, but any cookie will do.  Just use a thin one)

5. Tuck 2 black jelly beans into the base of the body for feet.

6. Freeze

7. Place your frozen ice cream penguins on a glass plate decorated with coconut to make it look like snow.

This simple little dessert will be the talk of the table during dessert time!
